Extract & understand
Every position is captured — quantities, dimensions, materials, performance classes. References like “as position 2.510, but…” are resolved, and positions outside your trade are filtered out automatically.
Match & price
Each position is matched against your product catalog with a multi-signal confidence score, then priced by your rules: base price, size adjustments, upgrades, quantities, totals.
Review & send
Only uncertain lines ask for your judgment — side by side with the original document. Then DatumOS generates the quote: an internal version with confidence flags, and a clean, branded version for your client.

Confidence-gated review
Every automated decision carries a 0–100 confidence score. High-confidence matches flow through; uncertain ones surface for human review. Nothing is silently guessed.

Scope classification
A real tender covers many trades. DatumOS tags each position as in scope, out of scope, or uncertain — so you only price what’s yours.

Inheritance resolution
“As per position 2.510, except…” — DatumOS resolves parent-child references across the whole document, so derived positions carry the full specification.
