Extract and understand
Every position is captured — quantities, dimensions, materials, performance classes. References like “as position 2.510, but…” are resolved, and positions outside your trade are filtered out.
Match and price
Each position is matched against your product catalog with a multi-signal confidence score, then priced by your rules: base price, size adjustments, upgrades, quantities, totals.
Review and send
Only uncertain lines ask for your judgment — side by side with the original document. Then DatumOS generates the internal quote, the client PDF, and the GAEB X84.

Confidence-gated review
Every automated decision carries a 0–100 confidence score. High-confidence matches flow through; uncertain ones surface for human review. Nothing is silently guessed.
Side-by-side workspace
Review flagged positions next to the original tender page — accept, override, adjust quantity or price, exclude, or annotate. Your corrections stay traceable.
Scope classification
A real tender covers many trades. DatumOS tags each position as in scope, out of scope, or uncertain — so you only price what is yours.
Catalog and pricing rules
Your products, your logic: base prices, size-dependent adjustments, upgrades and finishes, tax settings — managed in one place.
Inheritance resolution
“As per position 2.510, except…” — DatumOS resolves parent-child references across the whole document, so derived positions carry the full specification.
GAEB X84 and PDF out
For GAEB tenders the priced bid is written back into the original file as X84, ready for your client’s AVA software. Every bid also ships as a branded PDF. Excel handover to your ERP is next on the roadmap.

Which file formats can DatumOS read?

Can it hand back a GAEB X84 bid?
Yes. For GAEB tenders the priced bid is written back into the original file structure as X84, so your client’s AVA software reads it without rework. Every bid also comes as a branded PDF; Excel handover to your ERP is on the roadmap.
How are alternative and contingency positions handled?
As GAEB defines them: they are priced, kept visibly separate, and excluded from the contract total in line with VOB/A. Lots, framework agreements and inherited “as position…” references are resolved the same way.
Which trades does it support?
Any trade that quotes from tenders. We built it with window and door manufacturers, so that world is modelled in depth, and your own catalog and pricing rules adapt the matching and pricing to your product line.

No. Your tenders, catalogs, and prices are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s. The platform runs on EU-based infrastructure, and AI processing can run on EU-hosted or fully local models.
